We begin with a short, calming breath work practice.
We'll look beneath the surface to explore where those patterns may have come from, how they are affecting the way you think, feel and respond, and — most importantly — how you can begin to work with them differently. Because: We repeat what we don’t repair.
This isn't about labelling your situation as “good” or “bad” (although I do often use the phrase ‘skillful or unskillful expression of the archetype' when looking at your chart and the cards that come up).
It's about recognising that some of the patterns and qualities you've been taught and conditioned to see as ‘bad' may actually contain untapped gifts. And that your patterns (here’s that shitty wrong guy again) are actually clues that we can work with to get you back on track (to finding the right guy).
What once felt like it was holding you back becomes a superpower.

Calming Breathwork
We'll begin with a simple grounding breath practice to help you arrive, settle your nervous system and bring you into the present.
Personalised Astrology and/or Tarot Reading
We'll use astrology to identify patterns and archetypes, and tarot to illuminate the lessons you’ve got to work with.
Pattern Exploration
We'll identify the recurring patterns, behaviours and beliefs underneath the situation you're experiencing.
Go Deeper
We'll explore where these patterns may have originated from and what purpose they may have once served.
Pattern Alchemy
Together we'll identify how to shift a maladaptive pattern into a more skilful expression — turning what you once considered a flaw into a source of power.
In the week following your reading you will receive:
Personalised Chakra Yoga Flow
You'll receive a short 5–10 minute yoga flow designed around the energy relevant to your session, giving you a physical way to continue integrating the work at home (its short to make it easy to integrate into your routine).
Journalling & Tarot Prompts
You'll leave with personalised prompts you can explore through journalling or pulling cards for yourself at home, so the introspection can continue long after our hour together.

I’ll share one of my home made beauty recipes with you. The ingredients are easy to find, products easy to make, and I have found that creating my own bespoke beauty products helps me to take my own power back from a world that tries to dictate beauty standards. Using this daily gives you a feminine physical practice that reinforces you taking YOUR power back.
