This is an ongoing support session. This gives us a chance to catch up and recalibrate what’s been going on for you since your Pattern Alchemy session.
We can look at:
current astrology - you might have a big transit coming up
tarot
a pattern that's resurfaced
a relationship/co-parenting situation
a decision you’re facing
boundaries
self-esteem
what's shifted since your Pattern Alchemy session
what's asking to be embodied next
Life doesn't stop throwing shit at you just because you've done the work. These are really handy as a regular check in/tune up. Kinda like hair maintenance.
