I am a mother of 2 daughters, living in a rural coastal area in Tasmania.
I have been on my own healing journey for many years now. I think that healing is a journey that continues for our entire lives. I have always loved working with people, working as a hairdresser since 2007.
Initially I wanted to expand on that in more depth as a psychologist, but upon completion of my psychology degree in 2013 I decided that pursuing that as a career wasn’t the right fit.
It wasn’t until 2018 when I was doing my 200hr yoga teacher training that I realised that there was so much more to healing than the intellectualising approach. I went through a major dark night of the soul rebirth at this time, I had some cataclysmic personal events unfold, and then, like many people I had some curve balls thrown at me by 2020 that forced me to slow down and rethink. What do I really want? What means the most to me?
